Grant is our Managing Director, he has extensive experience in both the marine and construction industries. Grant’s maritime career spans over 10 years, the majority of which was spent while working with the Sydney Ferries Corporation as leading marine plumber, there he managed teams of tradesman to service and maintain some of Sydney’s most iconic water craft.

Prior to getting a foothold in maritime Grant was a project manager in the construction industry, where he was well know in Sydney and Wollongong for his outstanding workmanship, as well as his warm and easy to deal with personality.

Grant’s unique experience provides him with an advantage over your typical recruiter, he has extensive experience as a leader and as a tradesman he has managed teams of skilled and unskilled tradesman on projects everywhere from families backyards, public spaces and infrastructure, to our states transport network.

Grant understands the requirements and complexities associated with finding the right people. The need of having a team of appropriately skilled, reliable and safety conscious team players is a value that Grant brings to his recruitment career.
